Etekcity EK6015
For a slim everyday scale
An 11 lb capacity, tare control and stainless-steel surface cover everyday ingredient weighing. Its thin body is useful when the scale has to live in a drawer between meals.
Before you choose: A wide mixing bowl can hide a fixed display. The stated 1 g increment is a display resolution, not our own accuracy test.

Amazon Basics Digital Kitchen Scale
For straightforward portion prep
A round stainless-steel platform, LCD screen and tare button make the workflow simple: place the bowl, zero it, then add your ingredient. The selected model weighs up to 11 lb and includes batteries.
Before you choose: The listing specifies a 2 g minimum. Choose a dedicated precision scale for tiny amounts of yeast or spices, and check screen visibility with your usual bowl.

Ultrean Digital Food Scale — Medium, Silver
For flexible unit selection
The selected 11 lb model combines a backlit LCD with tare and six unit options, including grams, kilograms, pounds and ounces. Its slim stainless-steel platform keeps the setup compact.
Before you choose: Medium is the 11 lb version checked here. Other sizes on the same Amazon page can be different scales. Liquid-volume modes depend on the selected liquid setting.

Escali Primo P115C — Chrome
For simple two-button controls
Primo keeps its controls separate and easy to understand: one button handles power and tare, the other changes units. A raised platform and sealed control panel suit cooks who want a basic, dedicated weighing tool.
Before you choose: Chrome describes the finish; do not assume a solid-metal body. Check that larger bowls leave the screen and buttons visible. Sealed controls do not make the whole scale submersible.

OXO Good Grips 11 lb Pull-Out Display Scale
For weighing in wider bowls
The display pulls away from the platform so a large plate or mixing bowl is less likely to hide the reading. Tare and unit conversion support adding ingredients into the same bowl.
Before you choose: Allow counter space in front for the display. Confirm the pull-out-display model; OXO also sells other 11 lb scales. Bowl weight still counts toward maximum capacity.

Choose the display you can read with your bowl.
A slim scale stores easily, but a wide bowl can hide its readout. OXO’s pull-out display addresses that particular problem; the other picks offer simpler fixed-screen layouts.
Does a one-gram display mean one-gram accuracy?
No. Display increments are not an independent accuracy test. We have not measured these five scales. Follow the capacity and minimum-load instructions, and use a suitable precision scale for very small quantities.
How we selected these five
We compared published specifications, controls and current Amazon offers. We have not performed hands-on testing or independently measured speed, accuracy or durability. Check the exact model and follow its care instructions.
